That top one is 9$, not 2$.... and the second link isnt silicone, its a paper and fiberglass coated tauperline? Not silicon though.... so, link or it doesnt exist.

It's reusable. Plus it can also be used on the counter to knead dough.

Mainly just that they're reusable.
(Also, because they're heavier, you can place them on the table for like rolling dough on them, whereas parchment paper you need to anchor down.)

But the reusable aspect is the main thing.

Do they have something like this but with ridges or something? Or in grill/rack form?

I have these on my Sam's club brand sheet pans. I absolutely love these. Cookies come off easily and don't burn. Every use I toss them in the sink and rinse with soap and water. When I notice they start looking dirty I stand them up on the bottom rack of my dishwasher with the rest of my dishes and just run them through. While they don't look new, my pans still look great and my food doesn't get stuck anymore.

Mine for some reason started smoking at 400F in the toaster oven. Not sure if it as because it was too close to the heating element so it's mainly for ovens only, but freaked me out.

These are available any day for the same price on eBay from a U.S. seller. If you don't mind waiting, the same size can be purchased on eBay from China for $2 each.
Link? Or it doesn't exist Smilie
