Old credit cards work for me (till they crack), though the fancy edge shapes on these would be nice if you had a lot of cast iron.

I can't believe Lodge gets people to pay $10 for a piece of polycarbonate. Waiting for their cast iron griddle to be on sale...maybe that 14" wok too.

Don't these dent and get Knicks easily just like a plastic spatula? Or are they pretty robust to scrapping?

They are very robust and tough. I bought similar scrappers (different brand) from Sears 3 years ago and have used them on all my stainless steel and cast iron pots and pants. They are still in good shape today. Definitely a must-have good product for me. Now they are available in Walmart (different brand and in store only) for under $1 each.

Thanks OP! Repped!

Prefer to use something like these to protect the integrity of the "seasoned" skillets.

I found some generic ones plus the silicone handle on Ali Express. If you select to ship from China and don't mind waiting a couple of weeks they come out to $3.74 for all.
