I believe the Costco one is 19oz +12oz for $19.99.

If you suffer from serious skin issues like psoriasis or eczema, this will change your life. If you don't have those serious issues, your $1.00 moisturizer will suit your needs just fine.

This is correct, 2 different size tubs for $19.99 + tax (at least in SoCal).

This is a great deal for anyone that uses cerave cream in the tub. It's great when paired with a pump lid. It's a heavier cream that I like to use at nighttime and is a big favorite on https://www.reddit.com/r/SkincareAddiction/

Recommendation on a pump lid for this?

Spend an extra few dollars once and get one with a pump. Then you can reuse the pump.

Costco had the 19 oz pump previously, but I guess not this year. Looks like it's at Sam's this time for those that have their membership/

Is this any different than Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream? That's what I'm using now and it seems to be working ok but I have extremely dry skin all over! Just wondering if this might be better ?

This is slightly better deal than the current Costco and you also don't have to purchase as much at once.
