Orgain failed Labdoor's heavy metals testing for Lead and maybe Mercury. It isn't the same exact product, and they don't say the date, but based on my request to the company for 3rd party heavy metals testing over a year ago, which they refused to provide, I won't ever buy from them unless they make strides to improve their products.

Being that they are in Costco, they probably won't try to improve because they have no problem selling. On a side note, Kirkland bars also failed tests.

Not for me and I eat plant based. I found probiotics to help the most with gas and bloating. This is the best tasting plant based protein I've tried.

Is it true this protein makes you fart less or in general gives you discomfort?

I agree that probiotics help. I get the vanilla superfood variety of the Orgain protein that Costco sells, often at a good discount, and it includes probiotics.

If you have guilty pleasure food items on the list, do yourself a favor and eat a BIG meal. Then go back to the subscription and see which ones you can let go Applause

Doesn't really help with the whole "plant based" regimen, but Greek yogurt helps me a lot. Probiotics and a diverse protein profile seems to settle the gut.
