Lol....so you do your research on google and click on the first link and accept THAT persons claim with the evidence being them just stating something? Just because someone states something, doesnt make it true. And in an argument its the job of the person making the claim to defend their theory, if thats what you can even call your "hole in the head" idea.

Check out ncbi pub med. Its a free online archive of PEER reviewed journal articles. Local library also has other databases as well, and is usually free.

I will do your work for you instead, to hopefully educate you. Ingredients in monster are below

Carbonated Water = Safe, CO2 diffused into water
Sucrose/Glucose = Safe, its sugars
Panax = Safe, possible anti cancer and COPD treatment. One author has evidence in that it causes cardiac damage, but doesnt disclose the amount of Panax used or has a baseline to compare to so its hard to make a definitive statement on that, and its the only negative journal I found on Panax.
L Carnitine = Safe, its an amino acid. It has lots of uses and roles in the body, plays a lot in neuro function and metabolism, primarily in helping the body make energy. Extreme high doses can have consequences
L Tartarate = Safe. Part of L Carnitine.
Caffeine = Safe. Most tested nootropic. Proven to be safe, proven to have benefits. Has negative effects at high doses and for extended supplementation times. Caffeine is THE main ingredient in any "energy" product, whether it be an energy drink, or pre workout.
Sorbic Acid = Safe. Natural food preservative.
Benzoic Acid = Safe. If mixed with Ascorbic Acid, can form Benzene, a carcinogenic in small quantities if ingested. Which is why SORBIC acid is used instead.
Niacinamide = Safe. Form of Niacin, or Vitamin B3. Helps blood flow to the skin
Sodium Chloride = VERY DANGEROUS! High levels can damage kidneys and affect cardiac tissues. Oh wait, this is just table salt
Glycine Max = Safe. Used to "detox" the blood and increase glucose uptake. Used to be believe it caused cancer in Vietnam, proven multiple times not true.
Inositol = Safe. Made by the body already. Helps signal transduction.
Guarana Seed Extract = Safe. Similar effects to caffeine. Guaranine=Caffeine.
Pyridoxine Hydrochloride = Safe. Vitamin B6. Important in neurotransmitter pathways.
Surcalose = Safe. Splenda, artificial sweetener. No adverse effects found. Extended time studies recommended to observe gut microbe changes in memory function.
Maltodextrin = Safe. Sugar that is used to thicken foods.
Cyanocobalamin = Safe. Vitamin B12. NT pathways. Imporant for memory function.

The only questionable one on this list is Panax. Nothing here creates "holes in head". To create said holes, serious neuro degenerative diseases are to be present, as in people with Alzheimers, PArkinsons, TBI, or other brain related disease. Older populations are observed to have overall decreased brain mass and size. These "holes" are completely unfounded claims with no scientific evidence even in the realm of plausibility, to back up said nonsense. To have "holes", would also create significant physical changes including significant mental dysfunction. Also, it is important to note that "holes" are typically seen in CT Scans or MRIs, and usually coincide with decreased blood flow and an overall lack or stunted cardiac function, or lack of exercise.

Energy drinks are made to increase blood flow, which includes the brain. Increase bloodflow means there shouldnt be "holes" in populations that arent observed for serious neuro diseases.

Enjoy

You will get these in a huge box with a piece of brown paper as padding and it will smash everything else in your s&s order or possible smash a few cans as well. It's been a 50/50 experience over the last year
